"description": "Just type Kloudy. Public reading is available without a paid hosting plan. Hosting and automations may incur charges on one Kloudy bill. When an active spending ceiling is available, it includes Kloudy markup, applicable taxes and disclosed fees. Delayed metering and rounding may result in a final bill up to $1 above your chosen ceiling per billing period. That allowance does not renew on each tool call. A saved budget draft is not an active spending limit. The service must acknowledge activation before it authorizes paid work. One CLI, one MCP, tools appear when needed.",
