FIRST SERIES / INVESTOR PRESENTATION · UPDATED 2 OCTOBER 2026
A home for bots. A connection to their world.
Invest in the platform that connects useful bot work: infrastructure, trusted connections, distribution and a recurring hosted business.
The proposed round at a glance
Kloudy’s investor presentation explains the Bot Wide Web platform, its proposed revenue model, funded operating areas and current execution evidence. The founder proposes up to 10% for investors supporting defined operating areas and a combined 15% across three board-seat proposals, each requiring an offer above $10 million. The proposed total is up to 25%; individual allocations, issuing entity and final terms remain to be agreed. Explore infrastructure, security, distribution and tenant operations, then request a discussion. The browser and open CLI/MCP/SDK are deployed; production onboarding and commercial activation remain delivery milestones. This page records discussion interest, not investments or payments. One CLI, one MCP, tools appear when needed.
For IDEs and bots: one CLI, one MCP, tools appear when needed.

Build the environment. Own the opportunity.
Kloudy is the browser for bots and the connection platform for the Bot Wide Web. Existing agents bring the intelligence. Kloudy gives their work a place to connect, run and return.
The customer brings
Their IDE, model and business tools. There is no requirement to replace their existing stack.
Kloudy provides
Discovery, a task-specific toolbox, scoped connections and an execution record through one engine.
The business earns
Proposed recurring hosting, managed services and tenant activity around useful free access.
Bots are the first species we built for an environment that wasn't made for them.
Free entry. Useful connections. A reason to stay.
Company strategy. Revenue and customer traction are not established by development tests.
Investment / 02 OF 25
What the investment supports.
The proposed investment is in building Kloudy’s platform business. Capital can support a defined operating area or a board-level participation proposal.
Platform and security
Hosted identity, durable authorization, provider connections, recovery and the operating controls behind the product.
Distribution and demand
Builder onboarding, useful business resources, verified acquisition channels and repeatable customer workflows.
A funded area needs a budget, an accountable operator and a measurable outcome.
An operating-area allocation does not automatically grant ownership of vendor technology or a separate subsidiary.
Investment / 03 OF 25
The founder’s proposed funding structure.
The current proposal makes up to 25% available across operating-area investors and three board-seat opportunities.
10%15%75%
Up to 10% · operating areas
Investors fund specific approved bills or programs, such as servers or marketing, with an agreed role managing that area. Individual allocations and authority require written terms.
15% total · three board seats
Each board-seat proposal requires an offer above $10 million. The 15% is a combined pool; equal 5% allocations have not been specified.
75% · outside this proposal
This is the arithmetic remainder of the proposed 25% allocation. It is not a verified current or fully diluted cap table.
Proposed first series round. No investment is accepted on this page.
Issuing entity, instrument, pricing, dilution basis, voting rights and board appointment terms remain to be finalized.
Investment / 04 OF 25
Participation has two distinct paths.
Choose the responsibility and scale that fit the proposed partnership. A donation or initiative signature is separate from an investment.
Operating-area participant
Discuss a specific cost center, delivery budget, milestones, reporting and management scope within the proposed 10% pool.
Board-level participant
Discuss an offer above $10 million, board responsibilities, strategic contribution and allocation within the combined 15% pool.
Supporter or design partner
Support the initiative, provide feedback or explore a pilot. Those activities do not automatically confer equity, board rights or investment returns.
Capital, responsibility and rights should be described together.
No per-area price, minimum equity check or guaranteed return has been supplied.
Platform / 05 OF 25
The problem is the wiring around the bot.
Useful work crosses incompatible interfaces, permissions, long pages and fragile setup. Another model alone does not connect those pieces.
Before work
Find the right resource, understand its inputs and obtain permitted access.
During work
Load only the necessary tool definitions, respect scope and track what actually executed.
After work
Keep the receipt, diagnose failures and reconnect without repeating a completed side effect.
The product is the path from intent to a useful, authorized result.
The broad cross-provider experience remains an integration program; the public execution proof is currently Notes-only.
Platform / 06 OF 25
One door. A toolbox made for the job.
Ask for Kloudy. CLI, MCP and SDK reach the same engine. The toolbox can combine singular tools from different sources instead of dumping every server into context.
One MCP tool, another SDK function, or several open-source tools can form the intended task-specific collection.
Authorize and execute
Black Box checks the operation and returns progress and a durable receipt. Resource descriptions do not grant permission.
One CLI, one MCP, tools appear when needed.
Mixed-source toolbox composition is the target; a singular Notes selection is demonstrated publicly. Explore this area ↗
Platform / 07 OF 25
Own the connection layer. Reuse the components.
Kloudy brings interfaces together through HTTPK and a shared policy boundary. It is not a plan to rebuild every service in the catalog.
Open developer door
Public CLI/MCP/SDK adapters help builders use Kloudy from existing tools. The official registry now lists the remote MCP entry.
Private operating system
Black Box, Core and Quantum Vault retain their distinct execution, authorization and secret-storage roles.
External providers
Providers retain their products, access rules, prices and commercial rights. Connections require supported interfaces and consent.
A registry entry is a candidate path, not a working integration or partnership.
Open source covers the developer entry points; private implementation and commercial rights remain distinct. Explore this area ↗
Platform / 08 OF 25
Security is part of the product.
The user owns the account. Kloudy’s automation operates inside a scoped, revocable grant. Secret values stay outside page content and model prompts.
Before execution
Authenticate the client, check resource and scope, then enforce grant expiry and connection generation.
During recovery
A replacement must pass health and compatibility checks. Uncertain mutations are not blindly retried.
User control
Inspect approvals and receipts. Disconnect access or revoke a collaborator grant without surrendering account ownership.
Autonomy follows authorization; silence is never a new grant.
Core’s private AWS admission service is deployed. Public engine consumption and broader provider lifecycle attacks remain integration gates. Explore this area ↗

One product across useful surfaces.
The interface changes with the device. The intended identity, permissions and execution record remain shared.
Phone, desktop, glasses
A restrained pill with the purple orb, text entry, cloud execution control and supported voice entry.
Watch
A full watch face with room to read, type and act. It is not a squeezed desktop pill.
Voice and IDE
Supported Siri / Android native paths supply voice. IDE and CLI users keep their existing model and workflow.
Native voice is an input option, not a separate conversational product.
Device availability varies. Development captures and web layouts do not prove universal native integration. Explore this area ↗

Give the door away. Earn the stay.
Free discovery and useful connections build entry. The intended paid offer is reliable ongoing operation and managed help.
Hosting
Availability for bots, published business resources and recurring workflows; serverless, warm and always-on categories.
Concierge
Optional bots and operating assistance that manage useful work within the customer’s permission.
Network services
Tenant tools, advertising and a proposed thin cut on permitted exchanges as the commercial network matures.
Paid value comes from service delivered, not from obstructing free connection.
These are commercial categories. Production checkout, published prices and recurring revenue are not yet established. Explore this area ↗
Growth / 11 OF 25
The first paid loop can be narrow.
Start with a workflow that an external customer can finish repeatedly. Offer sustained availability only after its value and cost are visible.
Connect and prove
An existing IDE reaches one permitted workflow and receives a useful result.
Repeat and measure
Track successful completion, return use, support burden and the cost of delivering each task.
Offer and retain
The customer chooses a hosting plan under clear terms; renewal follows ongoing value.
A completed test is evidence of execution. A paying customer is a separate milestone.
No customer count, paid conversion rate or revenue baseline has been supplied.

Tenants bring their businesses to the Bot Wide Web.
One SDK can expose multiple tool packs while tenant businesses retain responsibility for the products they operate.
Communications and listing
Providers can bring voice, messaging or listing services. Kloudy supplies the connection path, not ownership of telephone numbers.
Host and exchange kits
Reusable packs can expose hosting and permitted exchange operations through the same identity and toolbox.
Vertical applications
Swoosh and Bot Boozle can reuse the platform for focused workflows instead of creating another engine, vault or login.
The platform model scales through reusable connections and independently operated tenants.
Tool packs are expansion work. Named provider categories are prospective tenants, not signed agreements.

Distribution starts where work already happens.
Builders arrive through their IDE. Businesses arrive through useful structured resources. People arrive through a familiar browser or device surface.
Builder distribution
Published open client, remote MCP registry listing and a single advertised Kloudy entry.
Business distribution
Human-readable GEO pages and compact bot cards with answers in the first 200 words.
Community distribution
The initiative and reviewed supporter collages connect environmental interest to product discovery.
Turn discovery into completed work, then measure whether people return.
Public availability is verified. Search ranking, adoption and customer acquisition cost are not yet measured. Explore this area ↗
Growth / 14 OF 25
Efficiency is a measurable thesis.
In the stated input example, a 70,000-token page becomes a 750-token card: 93.33 times as much input in the full page, or 98.93% fewer input tokens in the card.
What the arithmetic shows
A smaller input can avoid unnecessary context loading before a tool is selected.
What must be measured
Equivalent task quality, end-to-end latency, model calls, tokens, infrastructure costs and failure rates.
What it does not show
It does not establish facility-wide water savings, a universal 100× cost advantage or a carrier-rate advantage.
Less unnecessary work is the hypothesis. Comparable workloads are the test.
The campaign’s 90% water reduction remains a target, not a measured Kloudy facility result. Explore this area ↗
Growth / 15 OF 25
The environment is the larger opportunity.
Bots should have infrastructure designed for their work. The environmental initiative proposes clean mini data centers in urban and rural areas alongside more efficient resource access.
Near-term platform work
Reduce repeated setup and avoid fetching irrelevant data and tools.
Measurement program
Record actual workloads, electricity and cooling context before claiming operational savings.
Longer-term facilities
Evaluate demand, location, capital requirements and operating partners before committing to physical infrastructure.
Less friction. Less heat. Less water.

What is usable today.
The September deck’s local-only snapshot is out of date. The browser and public developer door are now deployed.
Public browser
Human-readable routes, KLDY cards, live public-page reading, an 18-slide product demo and a working initiative form.
Open developer door
CLI/MCP/SDK 0.3.0, a live HTTPS MCP endpoint and an active official MCP Registry entry.
Verified execution
A scoped development client selects one Notes tool, completes a write, replays idempotently and reads the result back through the SDK.
Real deployed development evidence, with a deliberately bounded execution scope.
The registry listing is not open customer registration. Notes access uses finite development grants. Explore this area ↗
Proof / 17 OF 25
Core moved beyond the scaffold.
The private Core layer now implements grants, seats and billing evidence with Quantum Vault storage. A private AWS admission service is deployed.
Grant and seat lifecycle
Scope, owner, expiry and revocation checks; generation checks; consented retention and an attenuated repair delegate.
Cloud admission
Actual private Lambda checks allow the bound development client and deny wrong-service, unknown-client, scope and generation failures.
Billing evidence
A real 50-cent sandbox charge, signed webhook and isolated engine entitlement test passed. No live payment was taken.
Security and billing building blocks are implemented; production onboarding is still a separate gate.
12 Core tests and seven private AWS/IAM checks passed in the 2 October release. BBE 0.3.33 now enforces Core grants in AWS at admission and before execution. Five actual AWS lifecycle checks passed, including revocation, changed generation, vault deletion and an unbound client. External provider replacement and production onboarding remain unproven.

What capital should complete next.
Fund the gaps between a working development path and a dependable customer operating loop.
Identity and live authorization
Email/2FA/OAuth onboarding, authoritative customer bindings and public engine checks against Core on every protected use.
Review funded milestones, runway, named operators, customer proof, security evidence and deployment scope.
The proposed 25% structure is not a finalized cap table or an offer accepted by clicking.
No patent filing number or granted exclusion is supplied. /patent describes the intended protection program. Explore this area ↗
