KLOUDY / TERMS
Kloudy service and spending terms
Just type Kloudy. Public reading is available without a paid hosting plan. Hosting and automations may incur charges on one Kloudy bill. When an active spending ceiling is available, it includes Kloudy markup, applicable taxes and disclosed fees. Delayed metering and rounding may result in a final bill up to $1 above your chosen ceiling per billing period. That allowance does not renew on each tool call. A saved budget draft is not an active spending limit. The service must acknowledge activation before it authorizes paid work. One CLI, one MCP, tools appear when needed.
Budget activation and stopping
Your target is the ceiling you select. The maximum metering allowance is $1 total per billing period; it is not permission for unlimited overspending. Concurrent and in-flight work count against the same limit. The engine must reserve a safe cost bound before new paid work starts and stop admitting work when the bound would exceed the acknowledged limit. The current development budget endpoint is not a full customer spending control: tax, live provider metering and shutdown hooks are still being connected.
Markup and taxes
Published whole-cost markup bands are: through $25 of underlying cost, 100%; through $50, 75%; through $75, 50%; through $100, 25%; through $200, 10%. Above $200, each further $100 band reduces markup by one percentage point to a 1% minimum. These bands can have downward price steps. Estimates do not reserve spending; the engine must consider partial outcomes and include taxes and fees before activation. Stripe Tax configuration is still pending. No tax collection or remittance is represented as active here.
Wallet approvals
Connecting a wallet shares an account, not signing permission. Each transaction requires your approval in your wallet. Kloudy routing fee for supported crypto transfers is 0.5%, itemized separately. Route and network costs must be shown in the final review; unknown costs are not zero. The connected-account balance and funding product is still being integrated. Kloudy never asks for your wallet private key or recovery phrase.
Current availability
These terms describe the supplied product policies and present limitations. They do not activate a subscription, grant authority or move funds. Optional paid work must show the amount, purpose and required approval before it begins. Bot Boozle is a separate project offered as an optional IDE. Contact us about billing or access.
For IDEs and bots: one CLI, one MCP, tools appear when needed.
