Contact the team

Use the existing contact form and select Help with Kloudy. For a plugin issue, include “MCP/plugin” in the subject, the host (ChatGPT, Codex or another editor), approximate time, steps to reproduce and the error message. Redact private prompts, personal data and tokens. Keep the receipt reference for follow-up; a receipt confirms the message was saved for delivery or review, not an immediate response.

Install Kloudy in your tools

Editors: run npx kloudy. ChatGPT + Codex directory: install “Kloudy” from Plugins once published; directory users will not need to run npx themselves. Remote MCP: https://kloudy.ai/mcp. Public discovery needs no key. Private account OAuth and engine keys are still rolling out; self-serve private keys and permanent grants are not represented as available.

Connection troubleshooting

Use the exact HTTPS URL https://kloudy.ai/mcp. A compatible MCP client makes JSON-RPC requests; opening the URL in a browser is not the same as a tool call. Start with public discovery, without an API key. If discovery is rate-limited, wait and retry later. If a private operation requests authorization, do not assume signing in creates a working engine key or a permanent grant. Report unexpected behavior through the support form.
