Ask us to delete your account or data.
Request deletion for Kloudy, Kloudy Plus and Kloudy.ai phone, watch, glasses and website use. The published service contact is ALOROS AI / Alorosai Inc. You do not need to install the app or sign in to send a request.
Send your request
Email gio@tensorverse.ai with the subject “Kloudy account deletion”. Say whether you want your account and associated data deleted, or only particular data. Include the email used with Kloudy and which app or device you used; a support receipt can help locate a request. Never include a password, verification code, API key or private conversation. The team may ask for proportionate proof that the account is yours.
What is removed or kept
What your request covers
You can request removal of your Kloudy account/profile, sign-in associations and sessions, saved conversations or projects held by Kloudy, and specified support messages, where those records exist. This page sends no request automatically and does not itself delete an account. Automatic account deletion is not active; the team must confirm the scope and completion. General native account binding and cross-device conversation sync are not active.
What may remain, and for how long
Public reader logs are configured for 7 days; contact delivery logs for 14 days; contact-form records expire after 90 days, with database removal occurring later. Sign-in challenges expire after 10 minutes and website session records after 24 hours. These are existing record lifetimes, not a promised deletion deadline. Delivered email has its own mailbox retention. Account, security and backup retention periods and a request completion deadline are not yet confirmed. Ask the team to identify any records it must retain, the reason and the period; do not treat an acknowledgment as completed deletion.
Remove data from your device
On Android, use Settings → Apps → Kloudy → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall Kloudy. This removes local preferences and saved app data; it does not delete server records. Clear Kloudy site data in your browser separately. Removing the glasses web app may leave companion/browser data, which you manage in that app’s settings. Sign out or remove Kloudy separately from any connected host. Kloudy cannot delete records held independently by another provider.
